Employment Agreement

By contracting Amr Sandouka / Sandouka Studio for any of the creative or consulting services, you agree to the following terms.

*These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and fair partnership for both parties.

1. Scope of Work

  • All projects adhere strictly to the scope defined in the price offer (Proposal) or invoice.

  • Any additional features, pages, or design modifications outside the agreed scope will be considered "additional work" (Scope Creep) and will be invoiced separately based on an hourly rate or flat fee.

2. Payments and Deposit

  • Booking: A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to secure your booking in my schedule and begin the research phase.

  • Final Delivery: Payment of the remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final transfer of ownership or the live launch of the website.

  • Payment Delays: I reserve the right to temporarily pause work if milestone payments are not made on time.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) and Ownership Rights

  • My Rights: I retain ownership of all concepts, drafts, and initial designs created during the process.

  • Your Rights: Upon payment in full, the client is granted exclusive ownership of the approved final designs and assets for their intended use.

  • Showcase Rights: I reserve the right to display the completed project in my portfolio, case studies, and social media as proof of my expertise.

4. Revisions and Feedback

  • Projects include a specified number of revision rounds (as stated in the price offer).

  • Feedback must be provided in a consolidated and clear manner. Significant delays in providing client feedback may result in rescheduling the project timeline.

5. Website Content and Responsibilities

  • Content: You are responsible for providing all texts, images, and legal policies for your website unless copywriting services are explicitly included in the contract.

  • No Marketing Guarantees: While I adhere to international best practices, I cannot guarantee specific marketing results (such as sales figures) as these depend on market factors beyond my control.

  • Website Use: The content on amrsandouka.com (this portfolio) is my intellectual property. You may not copy or reproduce my personal brand or my case studies.
